What's the difference between Monthly Pro and Annual Pro?

Both make detection, reciter ID, AI Explain and AI Chat unlimited (subject to fair use), and both include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The difference is headroom: Monthly Pro gives 5 hours of live khutbah translation a month and 25 scans a day; Annual Pro gives 60 hours a year (70 during Ramadan) and 35 scans a day, at about half the per-month cost.

Side by side:

1. Price: Monthly Pro is $9.99 a month. Annual Pro is $59.99 a year, which works out to about $5 a month.
2. Detection and reciter ID: unlimited on both.
3. AI Explain and AI Chat: unlimited on both.
4. Live khutbah translation in 52 languages: 5 hours per monthly period on Monthly Pro, or 60 hours per yearly period on Annual Pro (70 during Ramadan).
5. Smart Scanner: 25 scans a day on Monthly Pro, 35 on Annual Pro.
6. Extra Live hours: both can buy a 5-hour top-up when their hours run out.
7. Ads: none on either plan, or on Free.

How to choose:

1. If you mainly identify recitations and use the AI features, both plans do that equally well. Monthly lets you stop at any time.
2. If you use Live every Friday, a 45-minute khutbah each week is about 3 hours a month, which fits within Monthly Pro's 5 hours. Annual Pro's 60 hours a year give more room for lectures, classes and Ramadan.

Switching plans: on Monthly Pro, a limit card may offer "Upgrade to Annual". Plan changes are handled by Apple or Google, under your store subscription settings.
