Biography

Saad Al-Ghamdi (b. 1967, Dammam) is a Saudi Quran reciter who completed his memorisation of the Quran in 1990, at the age of twenty-two. He holds a degree in usul al-din from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University in Al-Ahsa and an ijazah in the Hafs 'an 'Asim narration, and was appointed imam of the Yousuf bin Ahmed Kanoo Mosque in Dammam in 2012.
