Salah Ba'uthman is a Saudi academic and reciter who holds a PhD in tafsir from Umm Al-Qura University and served as dean of the College of the Quran at King Abdulaziz University. He led Taraweeh prayers at Masjid al-Haram in Ramadan 2016 and 2017.
