Biography

Qari Hazza Al-Balushi (b. 1995, Liwa) is an Omani Quran reciter who memorized the Quran by fourteen and studied at Sultan Qaboos University. His recitations spread online from 2013, and he has been invited to lead Tarawih prayers in Britain, Kuwait, the UAE and Bahrain; he recites in the Hafs an Asim narration.

In March 2025 he graduated from the Sharjah Holy Quran Academy with a certificate of completing the Quran in the qira'at, signed by the Ruler of Sharjah, and an ijazah with a connected chain of transmission.
