App performance, crashes, timeouts, display issues.
The app is running slow
Close and reopen the app, check your internet connection, clear the app cache, and update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
The app crashes on startup
Force-close and reopen, restart your device, check for an app update, and as a last resort reinstall. Your data syncs back if you're signed in.
Audio detection times out
Detection uploads a short recording. On a slow or unstable connection the upload can stall and you'll see a connection error. Try faster Wi-Fi or cellular.
Text or Arabic displays incorrectly
Update your device to the latest OS version (iOS or Android) and make sure Arabic language support is installed (on iPhone: Settings › General › Language & Region; on Android: Settings › System › Languages & input).
