The app is running slow
Close and reopen the app, check your internet connection, clear the app cache, and update to the latest version from the App Store.
The app crashes on startup
Force-close and reopen, restart your device, check for an app update, and as a last resort reinstall — your data syncs back if you're signed in.
Audio detection times out
API requests time out after 30 seconds on slow connections. Switch to faster Wi-Fi or cellular and try again.
Text or Arabic displays incorrectly
Update your device to the latest OS version (iOS or Android) and make sure Arabic language support is installed — on iPhone: Settings › General › Language & Region; on Android: Settings › System › Languages & input.
