Live Khutbah
Real-time Arabic transcription and translation during sermons.
What is Live Khutbah mode?
Live mode records Arabic speech in real time, transcribes it, and translates it into 53 languages — so you can follow a khutbah, lecture, or class in your language even if you don't speak Arabic.
Which languages can Live mode translate to?
53 languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Turkish, Urdu, Indonesian, Bengali, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Persian, and many more.
Is Live mode the same as Detection?
No. Detection identifies a specific Quran verse. Live mode transcribes any Arabic speech continuously — built for lectures, sermons, and classes, not one-verse identification.
Does Live mode detect Quran verses in sermons?
Yes. When the imam recites Quran during a sermon, RecitID identifies the verse and shows it with a verified green badge, the surah name, and the scholarly translation — replacing the live AI translation with the authoritative one from established scholars for that verse.
What does the 'Related verse' chip mean?
When RecitID suspects a Quranic reference but isn't fully confident, it shows a subtle 'Related' chip with the verse reference. This appears when the speaker paraphrases or alludes to a verse without reciting it directly.
